Notice of First Reading Monday

February 26th at 7:00pm, City of Kimberley Council Chambers

725 300th Street (ZA2024-002)

The City of Kimberley is considering an amendment to Zoning Bylaw No. 1850, 1994, affecting the property located at 725 300th Street. Proposed Bylaw No. 2758, City of Kimberley Zoning Bylaw 1850, Amendment No.172, 2024, would rezone the property from Mobile Home Residential Zone (R-4) to Residential Zone (R-2), to permit the construction of a carriage house for long-term rental use.

Given the proposed zoning conformance with the City of Kimberley Official Plan Bylaw 2600, Council will not be holding a public hearing.
