Make a Payment

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting the number of people inside City Hall. When possible, you are encouraged to make payments online or through telephone banking.

The following list outlines all of the ways you can make a municipal payment.

Pay through Online or Telephone Banking

You can pay property taxes and utility bills through online or telephone banking services through your financial institution. Search for "KIMBERLEY" in the payee list. You will find "KIMBERLEY (CITY OF) UTILITY" or "KIMBERLEY (CITY OF) TAX". Please select the appropriate category. You will need your account number or roll number to add payee. Please allow sufficient time for payment to process by the due date.

Pay by Credit/Debit Card Online or using Mobile App

Credit card payments are not accepted at City Hall. However, you can use your credit or debit card for many municipal bill payments using the Paytm Merchant hosted webpage or the Paytm app. Please ensure you have your bill handy as you will need the appropriate account information or roll number - unique to each invoice.

Payments made through Paytm Canada may take up to 5 business days to process. To avoid penalties, please allow sufficient time to ensure your payment reaches us by the due date.

Paytm fees apply and are retained by Paytm and not the City of Kimberley. Please visit the Paytm Website for more information on their terms and conditions of service.

Paytm charges 1.25% on all Visa and MasterCard debit transactions, 2% on credit card bill payments - excluding tax payments, and 2.5% on credit card payment of taxes. There may be restrictions on other types of credit cards.
